Managing Floods in California
With strong winter precipitation, there has been severe flooding throughout parts of California during the 2022-23 rainy season. Forecasts also indicate that temperatures throughout the state may remain high, complicating the precipitation picture.

California’s academic institutions serve as a tremendous resource both in offering everything from near-term management advice to farmers and ranchers to the innovative work being carried out by researchers on a vast array of related issues.
