Funding is contingent on state and federal budgeted sources.

The California Institute for Water Resources invites submission of proposals to be considered for funding that will begin March 1, 2021.

This year, proposals are requested in the Junior Investigator category only. Please note that the funding period may fluctuate and is based on budget appropriations.
